Stephanie K. Oberlie began her financial services career after graduating from Ball State University in 1994. As a Personal Trust Officer, she managed estates, trusts, investment accounts, retirement portfolios, and nonprofit accounts. She has since developed extensive expertise in trust administration, investment management, strategic planning, and risk management. Stephanie completed Cannon Financial Institute’s Trust School and earned the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation from The Institute of Certified Bankers.
Today, Stephanie serves as President of Harbour Wealth & Investment Management Company, overseeing company divisions and helping guide strategic initiatives across the organization. Her work has strengthened key internal and external priorities, including risk mitigation, client experience, and client service workflows. Her leadership reflects a commitment to thoughtful planning, strong client relationships, and consistently delivering trusted service.
Born and raised in Michigan City, Stephanie has a longstanding commitment to community service. Inspired by her family’s example of volunteerism, she continues to make service a central part of her values. She currently serves on the board of Duneland Health Council, as Board Chair for the Health Foundation of La Porte, and as an executive committee and board member for Unity Foundation of La Porte County. She is also a member of the La Porte County Unity Foundation Gold Key Society and a past recipient of the Athena Award.
