Harbour Wealth Management is pleased to announce the addition of Thomas C. Devine, MBA, CTFA, as Senior Vice President and Wealth Regional Market President. With 16 years of experience in the financial services industry, Devine brings extensive wealth management experience and strong ties to Northwest Indiana to the firm’s newly opened Crown Point office.
Devine joins Harbour Wealth Management following a 16-year career at Peoples Bank, where he most recently served as Wealth Management Group Leader. Throughout his career, he has developed experience in wealth management, client relationship development, and leadership, making him a valuable addition to Harbour’s growing team.
In his new role, Devine will lead Harbour Wealth Management’s efforts in the Lake County market, advising clients, developing new business opportunities, and expanding awareness of the firm’s comprehensive wealth management and trust services throughout the region.

Devine earned his Master of Business Administration in 2010 and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2009, both from Indiana University Northwest. He also holds the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation, which he earned in 2017 after completing the American Bankers Association program.
Beyond his professional experience, Devine has demonstrated a commitment to the Northwest Indiana community. He currently serves on the Investment Committee for the Catholic Foundation of Northwest Indiana, where he previously served on both the Investment Committee and Board of Directors for six years.
Devine’s appointment comes at an exciting time for Harbour Wealth Management. Following its recent brand refresh from Harbour Trust & Investment Management Company, the firm expanded its Northwest Indiana presence with the opening of a second office at 499 E. Summit Street in Crown Point.
The new location complements Harbour’s longtime Michigan City headquarters and reflects the firm’s continued investment in serving existing clients while building new relationships throughout Lake County and the surrounding communities.
With Devine helping lead the firm’s Lake County market, Harbour Wealth Management is positioned to continue expanding its reach while maintaining the independent fiduciary approach and personalized service that have guided the organization since its founding in 1997.
