16 Years in the Financial Service Industry
Tom Devine began his financial services career after graduating from Indiana University Northwest in 2010 with an MBA and, in 2009, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Before joining Harbour Wealth in 2026, he spent 16 years at Peoples Bank, most recently as Wealth Management Group Leader.
Tom earned his Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation in 2017 after completing the American Bankers Association program.
Today, Tom serves as the Wealth Regional Market President for the Lake County, IN market at Harbour, where he advises clients, develops new business opportunities, and grows the Harbour Wealth Management Brand in the region. Tom currently serves on the Investment Committee for the Catholic Foundation of NWI and previously served on both the investment committee and the Board of Directors for 6 years.
